Dry Fully birth bag consists of
• 4 packs of Dry Post pads, the only sanitary pads for postpartum and postpartum cases
• 4 packs of Dry Go sanitary underwear that you wear with Dry Post pads to protect against vaginal infections or any bacterial infection
• A pack of Cool Mama wash  150 ml, the first specialized wash for the postpartum period that works to clean the area from microbes during that period and accelerates tissue healing and rapid renewal because it contains aloe vera and reduces swelling and works as a skin softener because it contains natural calendula flower extract.
• 2 packs of Dry Maxi sanitary pads for the period, which you use in the last period after the Dry Post pads are finished and the amount of blood is very small. You will also use them as soon as your period starts again. 
• A pack of Dry Fresh Wipes, 20 wet wipes, which you can use outside the home to protect you from the growth of harmful bacteria or the occurrence of any unpleasant odors.

Upon acceptance of your return, the price paid for the product will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for processing.
Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
You will charged the fees of the shipping for the returned products.


b- DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When your Dry order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us through WhatsApp or call us on +2
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

C- Products' delivery and delivering thereof at home

After your order is made, your product/products will arrive at your door within 4 to 7 business days.
We are not able to make deliveries on weekends, so all deliveries will arrive at your home on a weekday which is from Sunday to Thursday.
